                Sub:  Bonus - Payment of Bonus and Ex-gratia to  the Wokmen and Ex-gratia to

                         Temporary Casual Labourers, Contract Labourers and Part-time Contingent

                          Workers of TANGEDCO  under Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 for

                          accounting year 2010-2011.

           The Chief Engineers/Superintending Engineers and other officers of the TANGEDCO are requested to  make arrangements for calculation of the total wages earned

by  each of the employees during the  accounting  year 2010-2011 so as to work out the actual amount of Bonus payable  to  each employees immediately  on  issue  of  Board's orders, sanctioning Bonus.

           2)     The    Chief    Engineers/Superintending  Engineers and other officers of the TANGEDCO are  also  requested  to furnish the following particulars on  or before  30-9-2011  by  return of post  and  by  E-mailimmediately:-

 ii)  No. of employees eligible for Bonus for

       part of the year 2010-2011 covered under  :

       the Wage Settlement.

                  This may therefore be treated as very urgent.
