I am
to invite kind attention to the references cited, it has been informed that the
suitability report in respect of the officials list enclosed have been
furnished to this office. In spite of
repeated reminders, the same has not been received till date. Hence, the
preparation of panel is kept pending for want of the above suitability reports.
Therefore,
I am to request you to send the suitability report to this office immediately
on or before 18.01.2012. Any lapse of
the sending reports the Superintending Engineers will be held personally responsible
and viewed seriously.
